treeger 1.7 Release Notes

More consistent browsing after reopening treeger, steadier refreshes, and clearer folder picker states in treeger 1.7.

treeger 1.7 keeps previously loaded browsing content available when you return to the app and while it refreshes your files.

Highlights

Pick up browsing where you left off

  • Gallery, Documents, and other content spaces can show their last saved listing while checking for changes, including after restarting the app.

  • Explorer, Add Pin, and copy or move destination pickers retain previously loaded folder listings while refreshing them.

  • Recently Added is saved between app sessions, and Home waits for saved settings and recent activity before appearing.

Keep useful content visible

  • Background refreshes keep an existing listing visible, including a previously empty folder or space.

  • Content scans no longer insert progress rows above your files.

  • Returning to a content space restarts discovery if its earlier scan was interrupted.

  • Media-only spaces narrow their storage queries to the relevant media types.

Navigate folders more clearly

  • Folder pickers distinguish loading, empty folders, and read failures, with Retry available when a folder cannot be read on its first load.

  • Long folder names stay within the Explorer and Add Pin title bars.

Saved listings reflect the last successful read. A first visit still needs to load the folder or space, and treeger checks for changes as you browse.

Google Play "What’s new"

Version 1.7 keeps previously loaded folders, Gallery, Documents, and Recently Added available when you return to treeger. Refreshes keep useful content visible, folder pickers distinguish loading from empty folders and read errors, and long folder titles fit within the app bar.

Release range
